Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery, under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unmodified, and in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided
- The item must not show signs of wear, tampering, or damage
Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted unless covered by a specific warranty issue.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Radios that have been configured, programmed, or customized
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs
- Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
- Software licenses or digital configuration tools

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrect
- Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% depending on the item’s condition

Warranty Claims
